While we do accept walk-ins, contacting us ahead of time or reserving through our website is the best way to ensure that we have a bike ready for you in the correct size and style as soon as you arrive at our shop.

Our half-day bike rentals go out in two daily shifts (with the exception of one on Sundays). Monday thru Saturday, half-day rentals go out from 9:00am to 1:00pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm. If you don't plan to use your rental for the full four hour period, you can pick it up any time during the rental window as long as it is returned by the end of the designated four hour period. 

*** Please note that Sunday rentals go out in one shift. Pickup time begins at 10am and drop off is 3:30pm (for the 4 hour price)***

8 hour rental periods can be picked up when store opens and returned 30 minutes prior to shop closing hours.

Upon checking in, each rider is required to fill out a Liability and Damages Waiver and a copy of the responsible party's drivers license and credit card is taken and held for security. In the event that bikes and/or accessories are damaged or stolen that card will be charged for replacement cost as a result.

If you need a bike for an extended period, give us a call. Depending on the specific bike and length of desired rental period, we can often discount the rental fee.

If you are not hitting the road or riding to the trailhead from our shop and need to transport the bike, we require either a truck with tailgate pad or appropriate bike rack. Some bikes can be transported via SUV or hatchback but require shop approval as most of our bikes do not have quick release for wheel removal. Bikes can also be dropped off to various trailheads and alternate locations for a fee.
